The In my area tab lets you browse incidents by a state you choose. It never uses your phone location.

About

This tool surfaces documented incidents that need footage or an ID, so people who were there can send a tip. Tips are anonymous and reviewed before anything appears.

Nothing about you is stored on this device or sent anywhere except the tip you choose to submit.

Complete a record

Watch clips that are catalogued but missing details, and add what you know: where, when, how many agents and vehicles, what you saw. Grab frames straight from the video. Reviewed before anything is published.
